Common questions
Do you handle permits and engineering for retaining walls? +
Yes. Walls over four feet in Roanoke County and most surrounding jurisdictions require an engineered design and permit. We coordinate the structural engineer, pull the permit, and schedule the inspections so you don't have to.
How far in advance should we book? +
Spring slots fill by February. Hardscape projects in summer book 6–10 weeks out. Drainage emergencies and commercial work we try to slot in faster — call and we'll be honest about the timeline.
Do you offer financing? +
For projects over $10k we work with a regional financing partner offering terms from 24 to 84 months for qualified homeowners. Mention it during the consult.
Are you licensed and insured? +
Fully insured with general liability and workers' comp. Certificates available on request before any work begins.
Do you service Smith Mountain Lake and Bedford County? +
Yes. We work the full Roanoke Valley plus Bedford, Hardy, and the Smith Mountain Lake corridor. For waterfront or lakefront projects we have specific shoreline experience.
